Tell us what you need
Message us on WhatsApp with the module (ABAP, FICO, MM, SD), whether you want ECC or HANA, and how long you need access.

Arrange payment
We'll confirm the price and payment details directly with you over WhatsApp.

We create your SAP user
Once payment is received we create your user on the SAP system and send you the details, along with a link to set up your portal login.

Set your portal password
Open the link, choose a password for this website and give us an email address so you can reset it later if you forget.

Install SAP GUI and connect
Sign in here to find your SAP user, password, server details and the download links for SAP GUI plus an installation guide.

Renew when you need to
Your dashboard shows when access expires. Message us before then and we'll extend it.
Two passwords, two different things
This trips people up, so it's worth being clear:
- Portal password
- Signs you in to this website. You choose it when you activate your account.
- SAP password
- Signs you in to SAP GUI. We give you the first one; you can change it any time from your dashboard.
